The AO3401 P-Channel MOSFET is a compact P-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed for high-side switching and general-purpose power-control applications.
P-channel MOSFETs are commonly used when a load needs to be switched on the positive side of the power supply. The AO3401 can be controlled using a suitable gate-source voltage, allowing a low-power control signal to switch a higher-current load.
