I2C LCD Adapter Module – Easily connect 16x2 or 20x4 LCDs to Arduino, saving pins and simplifying wiring.

The I2C LCD Adapter Module allows you to control character LCDs (such as 16x2 or 20x4) using only two data lines — SDA and SCL — instead of the usual 6+ pins. This greatly reduces wiring complexity and frees up microcontroller pins for other uses.

Based on the PCF8574 I/O expander chip, this module provides adjustable display contrast via a built-in potentiometer and includes onboard pull-up resistors for stable I2C communication. It is compatible with most Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller projects that support the I2C protocol.
